9.92 acres, with two different zoning classifications, SR (Suburban Ranch) and RX-2 (Residence). The majority of the land is zoned SR which allows for residential, agriculture, civic, commercial and recreation uses. There is approximately 64,000 sq ft zoned RX-2, which allows for a higher residential density than SR zoning, as well as agricultural, civic, commercial and recreation. Property is also located in an area possibly suitable for medium density residential re-zoning. The home is connected to the county sewer and currently does not use septic.
